I see this is as criticism against Unicode, and I disagree. Unicode itself is great, but it is poorly implemented quite often because of lack of understanding of programmers. A good example is your weblog, where I paste real cyrillic characters into the input field, but your blog only prints out entities (at least in the preview):

Yes but as long as the implementations suck I see no reason to do propaganda for it like others do.
But if it's good and it doesn't get promoted, how could it ever take off?
