Yacpi-1.2 patch

I wrote a small patch for yacpi-1.2.
Norbert Tretkowski reported that the program quits if there are no scaling files in the sysfs.

Of course that was right but I forgot that no every processor is able to do frequency scaling.
Anyway the patch should fix it.
