Computer virus in car electronics

I read about the first computer virus in a car electronic system.
The article says that this isn't dangerous because the navigation
system isn't allowed to control the whole car. But what if we think about the future.
Full electronic control of vehicles is not future. It is used in railways for example.

I think we will have much fun with blue-tooth peripheries
