As told on various sides the FSF released the draft for the third version of the famous GPL license.

I found an interesting website which lists a wdiff between the old and the prospective new version.

Uwe Hermann also linked a wiki and a comment site where users can give feedback.
There is also a rationale document which explains the changes and the contents.

I will not give any statement to the new version cause I haven't read it completely yet.
