Today I found Turbotail which is a veeeerrryyyy nice tool.

Normal tail only looks up every specified seconds (default is 1) if the file changed and prints out the output.
Turbotail uses the DNOTIFY-api of the Linux kernel which lets it show the data instantly in (hardly) realtime.

I think it can be interresting to for ii (which will be released in the next days, hopefully on frieday) because there is not
latency if you monitor the out-files with it.

I will also package it for Debian in the next days.
