Becoming fetchmail maintainer

The original maintainer of the fetchmail package orphaned it. Me, Goswin von Brederlow and Lucas Wall
decided to take over the package so I became one of the new fetchmail maintainers.
We create a project on alioth.debian.org to make the coordination easier and to use a subversion
system.
